WE HAVE MOVED!

We are delighted to share that we have officially moved into our new home; The DIFFERabled HUB. This new location provides a more accessible, welcoming environment for our team and the families we support, ensuring we can serve our community more effectively. 

Visits are by appointment only, we cannot accommodate walk-ins. Our staff are frequently in meetings or running sessions, so we want to make sure someone is free to speak with you when you visit us.

Our phone line will be available for general enquiries, advice and signposting on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10am - 2pm from Wednesday 8th July 2026. If you call outside of these days / times, we may not be able to answer your call.

Due to the nature of our roles, most staff work hybrid, flexible, part time hours and will reply to any queries as soon as they can.
