Find your community with DIFFERabled

We offer a welcoming, safe space where you are truly understood. Whether you are pre or post-diagnosis, this is a place to share your lived experiences with peers and support one another.

Our drop-ins are completely informal and group-led. We talk about whatever matters most to you at the time - from benefits and education to sleep, friendships, and socialising.

We would be delighted to meet you! Please feel free to come along to any of our sessions, whether you prefer joining us online or in person.

⚠️ Please note: To keep this a focused space for adults, parents, and carers, children unfortunately cannot attend these sessions.

Individual Support

Our aim is that the Learning & Information Sessions and Drop In groups we provide, allow people and families an opportunity to increase knowledge and learn skills to individualise. We hope that these sessions build confidence, empowering you to self advocate and provide better support to your loved ones (and yourself).

If you or a your family are in a difficult situation and in need of targeted support, we can offer a brief individual introductory service.

Please fill in the short form below then allow us some time to respond to you, to arrange an appointment. This service will typically involve:

  • A telephone call or meeting to discuss your situation.

  • Information about the service(s) we offer and anything we feel might benefit you.

  • Signposting you to other organisations that may be able to support you, such as financial, education or housing.

  • Empowering you to advocate for yourself and / or your loved one.

Managing Expectations:

Due to the nature of our roles, most staff work hybrid, flexible, part time hours and will reply to any queries as soon as they can.
