Drop-Ins and Online Support & Information Sessions
We offer a safe space where you are welcome, understood, and encouraged to share your own lived experience with peers; supporting one another; pre and post diagnosis.
Each session has group lead, informal discussion about what is relevant to them at that time, such as benefits, education, sleep, friendships & socialising.
Please come along to one of our meet-ups, we will be delighted to meet you!
Unfortunately, children can’t attend our sessions.

Individual Support
Our aim is that the Learning & Information Sessions and Drop In groups we provide, allow people and families an opportunity to increase knowledge and learn skills to individualise. We hope that these sessions build confidence, empowering you to self advocate and provide better support to your loved ones (and yourself).
If you or a your family are in a difficult situation and in need of targeted support, we can offer a short individual introductory service.
Please fill in the short form below then allow us some time to respond to you, to arrange an appointment. This service will typically involve:
A telephone call or meeting to discuss your situation.
Information about the service(s) we offer and anything we feel might benefit you.
Signposting you to other organisations that may be able to support you, such as financial, education or housing.
Empowering you to advocate for yourself and / or your loved one.
Managing Expectations:
Due to the nature of our roles, most staff work hybrid, flexible, part time hours and will reply to any queries as soon as they can.
